In October 2020, Nanton Financial Services merged with Prosper Wealth. We have been providing Group Benefits and service to the Child Care industry since 1979 (Duncan Financial Group back then). In November 2009 the ICA approached Nanton Financial asking them to provide us with a Group Benefits Program best suited to our needs. Since 2010 they have provided us with access to a Quality Comprehensive Benefits program for our members.

Group Benefits – Manulife Financial

Provides Life insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Employee assistance Programs, Health, Vision, Drug and Dental to full time staff working 20 hours or more per week at a licensed Member Centre.

Pension Plan – Canada Life

Available to all employees of Licensed Day Cares meeting Provincial requirements.
